Waiting until May is absolutely ridiculous. I haven’t slept in over a week because it doesn’t get below 73 degrees in my apt even with ALL the windows open. The people who are cold can get heaters, put more clothes on, the rest of us that are hot cannot take all our clothes off. I cannot believe the majority wants the AC off until May.

Turn on the AC already! It's burning hot, getting into the mid-80 degrees, and this is the latest before the AC has been turned on. These people who are allegedly cold, they can keep the AC OFF and the heat outside will keep them warm. Enough of this nonsense -- it is frankly absurd that we have to put together a petition to be provided with the most basic of amenities in this building.

If I get cold, I can put on a sweater, scarf, cap, or get under covers. When I get hot, I get sick, even pass out. There's no way to cool down. Fans don't help reduce heat. It's worse at night, waking up in a sweat. Heart problems are exacerbated by being overheated. Would my having another heart attack be worth your not needing to put on a sweater? Please be fair. I want to live.

My condo on the 14th floor gets above 80° with the windows open these days. Last year I broke out in a heat rash. Summers are now getting hotter faster.

My 5 month old baby is overheating. The higher the floor the hotter it is. Not sure who is cold, but it is very very hot upwards of 75 degrees in my unit. This is a health hazard and for those of us with allergies opening the windows makes it even worse.
