The conditions in Foster Court 111 are not too dissimilar to winter in Siberia, no thanks to the air conditioning system that perpetually spits out gelid air. When, upon nearing the end of October, conditions outside are more favourable than those within the confines of four walls, something is definitely amiss. We call on UCL to resolve this issue with immediate effect, for the benefit of students and staff alike.
