We are disappointed in the decision to not increase the FYOR days to 4 and would like the parties to sit down and find a way to make the 4 days happen.
The Pharmacists and PIC's in SEIU Healthcare Minnesota have worked collaboratively with the employer in the changing of the "role of the pharmacist" to enhance the patient experience for HealthPartners patients and strengthen the department's position in the ever-changing world of health care services.
We, the undersigned, would appreciate the same collaborative effort in return.
