I really honestly did not think this would take off like it has when I started typing it out on my laptop during that one awful lab session. It is just wild to see so many people dealing with the exact same broken printers and missing software and I am feeling a lot of weird energy about what comes next.

The IT department really needs to get it together before the semester starts. We are losing valuable time in lab because nothing is ready to go.
its so frustrating having to waste the first two weeks just waiting for the software updates to finish. payin all this money for nothing.
