I am asking the City of Hawaiian Gardens to use our Tax paying money and add speed bumps on Joliet Avenue between Civic Center and Joliet. I have been a victim of reckless driving along with two other vehicles that were parked along the street side of Joliet. Because we do not have speed bumps to avoid speed racers and reckless drivers from slowing down my vehicle was hit and completely destroyed. Let me add this is NOT the first time a vehicle is severely damaged because of drivers speeding through Joliet and losing control of their vehicles. So once again I am asking the City of Hawaiian Gardens to step in and do the right thing for the community.
