Harry is a sweet pup who had the misfortune of being placed in the wrong hands. This lovely little guy is the victim of ABUSE and NEGLECT. He was starved, he is covered in mange and is missing most of his hair, and he no doubt has no vetting of any kind. He was tied with an extension cord around his neck and left. No collar, no identification. There was not even a note of goodbye for this poor frail little dog. He was discarded like yesterdays trash. Even through all that, he managed a weak wag of his tail when his rescuer found him. He lifted his tired starving head and his soulful eyes said "A thousand thank you's for not leaving me here to die alone in the cold." Harry's Law is all about educating the public, creating public outcry for Harry and all the other animals that are abused and neglected. Most don't survive, but instead die a horrible lonely death. It is time to make pet abusers responsible for their heinous acts of cruelty. It is not enough to have laws in place if the local judges won't act on them. We need a petition to bring to light the abuse and neglect going on in our own backyards! We need this petition in Honor of HARRY so that one more soul will not have to endure what he has endured.
