Caitlyn was a dog found with her muzzle taped shut. The man responsible was caught but laws need to be more punishable.
We need a animal abuse registry. Anyone who has hoarded, abused, or did any inexcusable act to an animal, no matter how big or small the crime, first offense or not they are put on the Caitlyns Law registry. That way shelters and publice can search the site before adopting a pet out to a potential offender.
There has to be stronger punishments, and heftier fines.
No more slaps on the wrist.
Regardless if its a dog,cat,bird,pig,iguana,mouse... There has to be laws,fines,punishment for any neglect,abuse,harm done.
Animals are like children without a voice. We have to be their voice.
Its time something more is done.
Caitlyns Law needs to be put in place.Now!

Stronger Laws and tougher sentencing to culprits that abuse animals. Domestic animals are put here by God for man to be their care takers. Not to be neglected, abused or tortured. This has to stop!!!

God bless her....i really hope this gets in force bc I am so sick of her animals get abuse and the abusers get away with just a smack on the wrist..what if it was a child..they would get locked up immediately. ..so something needs to get done...if I can help in any way please let me know...stay strong #Caitlyn
