We, the undersigned, would advocate for the City to rename all, or a portion thereof, of the current Strawberry Park Tennis Center complex to the Harry Taylor Memorial Tennis Center. We believe that over the past 30 years, Mr. Taylor provided a fine example for our young citizens and positively impacted so many of our Pasadena youth to go on to better things both personally and professionally through his tennis teachings. We also believe that Mr. Taylor portrayed a positive image for the City as a city employee to the benefit of its population. We hope that you will consider this petition as a strong indicator that this renaming is right and strongly supported in the community.
