Please Add Patsy Evans L.M.H.C. / HarmonyUs Inc. to the United Healthcare Behavioral/ Optum Mental Health Counselor Panel
I have spent the last 7 years annually applying to be on the United Healthcare Behavioral/ Optum Mental Health Panel and despite my extensive qualifications and the hundreds of clients I see who have this insurance, I continue to be turned down becuase they state their panel is full. By adding me to their panel it would save both my clients and United Healthcare/ Optum money and me lots of extra time and hassles with billing. I am asking that if you are have UnitedHealthcare/ Optum Insurance and desire me to be on the panel, please sign this petition. Thanks in Advance for reading this.

UnitedHealthcare keeps hiding behind the same lazy excuse that their provider panels are full while my clients suffer the consequences. They are forcing people to pay out of pocket or lose access to care just to protect their bottom line. I am sick of these corporate gatekeepers denying access to mental health services and I am not slowing down until they stop this nonsense.

Please add Patsy Evans L.M. H.C. to your panel. She has unique experience and expertise that serve a diverse population of patients.
Please let me use my provider of choice and add her onto the panel.
I have found Patsy Evens to be a consummate professional. She should be added as it would benefit her patients, UHC, and anyone else involved with Mental Health Care.
I have been a UHC member through my employer for over 10 years. Please add Patsy Evans LVMHC / HarmonyUs Inc. to the Optum Mental Health Panel.
This is the right thing to do. It makes economic sense for all parties, and greatly benefits her clients and potential clients.
My family has benefited from Patsy Evans' knowledge and compassion. Please include her and help her patients!

Please allow me to use my insurance with my provider of choice. Switching mental health providers can be life-and-death, don't force people to do it for administrative purposes!
