There is no doubt that the Harbour Point Buildings need some updating. However, imposing large assessments on the homeowners without any input from us is unacceptable. Our board doesn't communicate or make any effort to keep us informed. That must stop! By signing below, I am saying NO to RHINOSHIELD and the large assessment associated with it. I want to see the buildings in better condition and repair before a product like Rhino Shield is considered.

I request that, moving forward, the board keep homeowners informed on decisions it is facing and we will vote on items that involve assessments to the homeowners. I give permission for the board to add my email address to an email list and to use it to keep me informed of future projects and things going on in Harbour Point.
