This petition is to address the immediate removal and association of Mr. Brian Demoff and Mr. Richard Greene from the board of Hanover Jr. Wildcats Football Inc. Removal for various reasons, including but not limited to: - Safety of players - Abuse of power -Lack of confidence in leadership -Disregard of standards, ethics, rules and regulations -Disregard of commitment to have open membership and open meetings -Abusive and unreasonable conduct towards participants, volunteers and parents -Loss of quality coaches, participants, volunteers, sponsors and donors Hanover Jr. Wildcat Inc. Football was started several years ago with the intentto address the lack of a football program here in the Hanover community. It was intended to develop the children, community and volunteers under a ethical Pop Warner program. Several members of this initial group were removed or resigned in frustration and disillusion. It has become evident over the last two years that Hanover Jr. Wildcats Pop Warner is being run at the pleasure of the President and several other members of the board. As a result involvement by participants, volunteers and supporters is declining. This is due to many factors but most evident by the lack of trust and ethics of Mr. Demoff and members of a board who choose to ignore or dismiss his behavior. In the last two years many attempts first privately and now publicly have been made to rationally, professionally, and respectfully address growing concerns with Mr. Demoff and several board member actions. All attempts to address the growing concerns have resulted in them openly being dismissed or disregarded. This is not simply about a sports program but also how our community is represented or misrepresented. Please support the members of the Hanover Pop Warner Community by signing the petition and allowing our program to get back to what it was originally founded upon building a strong, ethical program for the "kids in our community". We would like to receive as many signatures as possible by June 26, 2013 to present to the governing body of Pop Warner- the HLA at a special closed session meeting.
