The DSA Board continues to stay silent while they hide behind excuses instead of explaining why they destroyed a coach with a perfect record. We are demanding transparency because this shady behavior proves they have something to hide from every single one of us.

The momentum behind this petition proves that the Damascus Sports Association board cannot hide behind closed doors any longer. People are sick of this lack of accountability and they are demanding the truth about why a top-rated coach was targeted without cause.

Absolute joke. The board needs to stop acting like they are untouchable and tell us what really happened.
What is going on with the board?? Total lack of transparency. Give us some answers.
Phil is the best coach my son ever had. This decision makes absolutely no sense and the board needs to explain themselves.
Something stinks here. Best evaluation score but still suspended? Something is wrong with this board.
We need coach Chapin back. He was fair and the kids loved playing for him. Why ruin a good thing?

Ridiculous. He put in so much time and effort for these boys just to get pushed out for no reason? Unbelievable.
