As a resident of the Hampton Water area, having entered into a service contract at the time of purchase of my property, I agree to withhold payment for the upcoming service charge payable to Hampton (Peterborough) Management Limited or any appointed collection company until such a time that they have fully evidenced, with detailed breakdowns of costs, how the money paid by the residents of Hampton Water is being reinvested into the area efficiently. We estimate that approximately £250k is being collected annually and would like to see an itemised breakdown of how and where this is being spent, including any administration charges and overhead recovery.
