The Board of Supervisors officially voted to halt the Central Freeway ramp project this morning. We are now shifting our focus to monitor how the city allocates these remaining funds toward surface-level alternatives.

The scale of concern regarding the Central Freeway ramp has forced the Board of Supervisors to acknowledge our formal request for a meeting. I am currently drafting the proposal for alternative transit layouts to present during that session.

This is going to ruin the neighborhood. We have enough traffic noise already without another giant concrete ramp hanging over our heads.
Fix the street level issues first. Pouring money into more elevated ramps in 2016 is just backwards.
STOP THE RAMP NOW. SERIOUSLY WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA??
We need to look at actual city planning instead of just building more freeways. Bad for walking and bad for local businesses.
Total waste of money.

My kids walk that route to school. More freeway traffic is a disaster waiting to happen. Please listen to us.
