Guisborough Delivery Office serves the residents and local community and has done so for many years. Royal Mail has decided that this office is no longer needed and is moving the operation to Redcar. This petition is to show Royal Mail that the service provided by the workforce within Guisborough is valued and important to all within the community. There is no justification for Royal Mail to move this service and is doing so at a cost to the very people it is meant to serve, the customer. Please support this petition and let Royal Mail know that Guisborough Delivery Office is a very important and necessary service which should not be closed, by doing so this will only worsen the service which at present is top class.

They promised us good service but now they just want to cut corners. Guisborough needs this office.

Ridiculous idea. Redcar is way to far to drive just to pick up a parcel. keep it in town.

My local postie does an amazing job. Why change something that works perfectly fine? leave it alone.

I really struggle to get to redcar when I miss my deliveries. This is going to make life so much harder for us retired folk.
