We as citizens of north lanarkshire pay our council tax for public services such as gritting the roads and pavements when the winter months come... This has been badly neglected by north lanarkshire council who expect us to pay an increase on our council tax.. There has been numerous injuries to old and young and a&es are inundated with people who have fell on the ice.. We need the council to provide yellow grit bins on every street and to make priority street where there is schools nurseries and where elderly or disable live to ne gritted as well as bus routes and council buildings
