We are building a Sitterle home in the 80s and are almost done with the design center phases. We asked for grey stucco with stone on the exterior of the house and they have stated that there was a big stink with some members in the community about the color a few years ago and no longer allow it. My guess it was a couple of folks who didn't like it. I would ask that if you don't have an issue with the grey stucco to please sign the petition. If you do, please comment on it.
