I have been obsessively checking the news and looking for any sign of green appearing at the conference because even a small symbol can mean everything when you feel ignored. It is exhausting but I keep thinking that someone might actually listen if we stay loud enough even though the silence from the council is heavy right now.

The way this momentum picked up is honestly surreal especially since I was just hoping for a few people to notice the color choice. It really feels like the message about wearing green is actually going to be seen by the right people when they walk into that building.

Stop ignoring what is happening in Iran. Show some support for the people there.
The UN needs to send a loud message. Green is the only way to go in Sept.
Please show them we havent forgotten. The world is watching and we need to stand up for the people of Iran.
It is so simple but could mean so much. Just wear the green band.

A small gesture like a ribbon or tie means everything to those suffering under this regime. Do it for the people who are risking their lives for basic rights.
Stop ignoring what is happening in Iran. Show some support for the people there.
