We the world citizens hereby request the United Nations and all governments to take immediate action to:
1) Protect protestors and civilians who are asking for their legitimate rights.
2) To refuse to recognise Ahamdinejad as the legitimate President of Iran, until the election result is re-examined thoroughly with presence of independent, and international observers.
3) To exert maximum diplomatic pressure on Iranian government in order to stop violence against innocent civilians in Iran.
4) To start an investigation of human right violations in Iran subsequent to the recent election.
5) To pressure Iranian government to allow foreign journalists/observers extended stay until the current issues are addressed and safety of the civilians is secured.
The stories shared in the comments reflect a profound commitment to the safety of those facing violence in Iran. I am currently reaching out to diplomatic offices to ensure our demands reach the appropriate representatives. These accounts of injustice remain the primary reason we must continue this effort.

Total madness. How can anyone look away while innocent people are being beaten in the streets? Shameful.

This is completely rigged. Everyone knows it. The UN needs to step in now before more people get hurt.
