The Great Sky community would like to have a voice on the rules and guidelines of the amenities within the community. Currently, representation is either mis-represented, vacant or non-existent. It is our belief that a Great Sky Community Residents Board be formed to provide the appropriate feedback to the declarant on rules/guidelines within the community.

It is our recommendation and petition that each POD within Great Sky have a representative on this board to vote on matters as it pertains to the amenities rules and guidelines. This representative will be elected by each of the respective PODs. The following PODS will be represented:

  • Starlight Climb
  • Daybreak 1
  • Daybreak 2
  • Overlook Grand
  • Horizon Peaks
  • Thundering Hills
  • Southern Lights
  • Morning Mist

The Great Sky Community Residents Board will vote and work directly with the declarant board and the HOA management board to make suggestions/recommendations to the communities amenities rules and guidelines.

Take care of each other and our community!
