The leadership keeps hiding behind these exclusive policies while real families are being pushed aside. I am hearing from so many of you who have been shut out for too long and your stories prove that this fight is far from over. We are going to keep applying the pressure until they acknowledge that our history belongs to all of us.

I think Veterans royalty would be great. We as native people are inclusive when we honor our Veterans. The Veterans board has non tribal members so why can't the Veterans royalty

Give these people the chance to heal. We all should be aware of the Trauma caused by not feeling like you are what you really are.

This change to Royalty requirements is way “past due”, as are many changes to the manner in which descendants are treated by our Tribe.

My daughter is married to a tribal member, I have lots of tribal friends that were affected by the change when it was enacted.

I support Angey 100% in this effort. It's past time for our Community drawing lines of division for Children. Treat all Grand Ronde children the same in our community by not holding the US governments racist notions of who is an American Indian and who is not. It starts somewhere, let it begin here.
