The land-into-trust process has been blocked for Native American tribes recognized AFTER 1934, due to the U.S. Supreme Court's 2009 decision in the Carcieri v. Salazar case.PLEASE sign this petition to push for a CLEAN Carcieri fix and help ALL federally recognized tribes place their land into trust, regardless of when they gained federal status
The bureaucratic silence from Washington feels heavy today. I am drained by the constant delay but the reality of these tribes waiting for their land rights keeps me at my desk. We are not backing down until this is corrected.

I'm very tired of this corrupt government taking advantage of everyone, and especially the indiginous people's of this land.
I fully support the Native Americans movement to reclaim the rights to *their* land peacefully, or otherwise.
The worship of money is the root of *all* evil, and we have been pushed aside by the worst people is this country.
I will pray that the governments filthy lifestyle turns into pig slop and they fall face first into it.

I believe that all tribes should be able to have their own land in Trust as long as they're claiming land in their area only. An not other tribes territory. And working together on unity.

This whole Carcieri mess is just another way to keep tribes down. Give them back their land already. It is the right thing to do.
