We, as residents of Golf Tower (GT), request Muscat Hills (MH) to take the actions below, in order to avoid disruption to the electricity and ensure fair and accurate invoicing of the bills:

1. Pay the outstanding electricity charges either in full or in installments immediately.

2. Later, quickly resolve the matter by putting together an audit team comprising of MH staff and residents. The audit team would work to establish a solution on how the disputed units be allocated fairly.
