This is a petition to ETA/Star Giga in reference to the poor quality and workmanship and unfinished units in Goldcrest Views 2 in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. Without prejudice and subject to legal advise, we, the buyers, are not accepting handover of the units due to poor quality and workmanship, and are withholding final handover payments, which will be placed into either an escrow account or lawyers account until such time as ETA/Star Giga finishes the units and puts right all the damage to the fixures and fittings to the standard as laid out in its marketing material and as noted in the sales contracts.


Furthermore, due to delays in handover, we would like to be compensated at the appropriate rate from the Ultimate Longstop date.
