We are a group of aggrieved BPTP Park Elite Premium, Faridabad unit holders. The project was launched in 2009 when many of us booked it. Since then, it has not been delivered yet. The following are our demands:
1. Provide clear timeline for delivery of both phases and penalty clause if that is not met (in addition to BBA clauses)
2. No cost escalation in the project as it has been significantly delayed and unit holders have a big interest cost and / or lost investment returns. BPTP to bear cost escalation.
3. Provide clear communication on delayed unit delivery charges. These have to be applicable from 2014 and be provided to all unit holders unless there is an unreasonable delay from their side. Unit holders who have a) minor delays or b) delays due to non disbursal of bank loans due to project not getting all requisite approvals should also be provided delayed unit delivery charges.
4. No payment for additional area increase of units on super area-basis. Additional area to be considered only on carpet area basis. BPTP to provide all unit holders the full disclosure of calculations of additional area.
5. Others charges such as electricity connection charges, club house charges etc should be levied after providing full disclosure of calculations and discussion with unit holders.

The silence from their office is draining but I am spending my afternoons compiling the records needed to force a formal response. It is a long process and I am exhausted by the constant evasion. I intend to keep pushing until we get the clarity we were promised years ago.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms that so many of us have been stuck in the same silence for far too long. The exhaustion is still there but I am finding a new resolve to keep pushing until we get the answers we are owed.

They have charged interest on late payment of instalments. But what about interest on our money we have paid
I have put all my life saving in this project. The builder has duped us and it's been close to ten years since the builder started his construction linked plan . The flat FG 04 have not been offered so far.
This is just a wakeup call.. now we have no more patience left to wait and for further additional charges.. already spent more than 45 Lacs from my own pocket, waited till 7 YEARS and still nothing in hand... WE NEED HELP AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST BPTP.
I have purchased this flat around 6 years ago, so that we can live in it, but due to these fraud builder we haven't received our house, I been paying EMI as well as 25k in rent, and now they are asking us for escalation charges, rather they should pay us the penalty and give us our home without any further demand.
Dear Sir , Builder Buyer Agreement is total one sided & Builder offer this Agreement when we already paid 70% payment , STILL THERE IS NO HOPE Because Builder failed in their all last commitment
I am also a frustrated BPTP Park elite premium customer. It's totally annoyed after hearing that BPTP is going to demand additional unwanted charges as escalation charges and area increase cost?. Let's be unite and oppose this. Delay in possession is from BPTP end.

This project has already been delayed by more than 3 years. Builder is not keeping any commitments. Buyers are getting frustrated by each passing day as after paying 95% of the cost they see how their dream is getting shattered with each deviation of BPTP from it's commitments. Unit no. D503.
