This petition has been set up to object formally object to the Sale of the Land at Robertson Avenue, Cumnock. We object to the fact that East Ayrshire Council did not take into account both the petition signed by residents of the Glebe and the Objection Letters to the Sale and instead sold this to an East Ayrshire Council Planning Employee. They did not make the Scottish Parliament aware of any complaints and no one has given concrete answers as to what steps were taken with the objections to the SALE. Furthermore, we object to the proposed planning application for the ground at 5 Robertson Avenue. We demand that East Ayrshire Council examine the Facts and give the residents thruthful and honest answers. We demand answers as to why Land Survey Maps were changed and demand answers to every question put to East Ayrshire Council. We formally demand that East Ayrshire rescind this sale and return this land back to its former use as a Car Park.

The scale of this support proves the community will not let the council ignore our questions about the land sale. Email your local representatives today to demand they address the missing answers regarding these map changes.

Totally unfair. You lot act like you own the place and don't listen to a word we say. Give the land back to the community where it belongs.

Keep our car park! We need it for the residents. Stop trying to hide what happened with these sales.

This whole thing stinks of corruption. Why was the land sold to a council employee instead of the public? We need to know who approved this and why the maps were changed.
