Uninsured, unused, non road legal commercial vehicle not owned by a resident should not be allowed to remain in the car park- it is an eye sore, a hazard, does not fit within the parking space, is in breach of the site rules, and the owner of the space does not wish to engage with reasonable conversations about her non resident friend moving it and we request the management company - First Port Ltd - fulfils it’s contractual obligations to take action to remove this nearly one year after the vehicle first arrived.

RIDICULOUS that this is still sitting here after a whole year. First Port needs to actually do their job and get it towed.

it has been there way to long and blocks the view when trying to pull out of the bay. move it already.
