It would be lovely to receive the chairs that we paid a mighty 50p for, even though they are obviously worth loads more. The local nursing home will be very happy for the donation. Help the aged.
I ordered 2 chairs. gave them my bank details and recieved my email saying they would contact me within 2 days to sort delivery.. then my order has been cancelled due to their price oversight, and a second email saying they sold out.. enough lies!!
I know some people took advantage, but I just ordered the one chair that I was planning to give to my parents. I am very disappointed to be honest. I always shopped very regularly in M&S but I will definitely be rethinking that.
If you read the email you get sent on ordering there is a box called useful links with a note saying " orders cannot be amended after payment is taken" . Surely this should apply from both sides.....
I paid for this chair in good faith. The error was not my fault. I also note that your terms stated that I wasn't allowed to cancel or amend the order so why should you be allowed to do just that?
Disgraceful.
why can't m amd s just give a token gesture of goodwill and make a donation to charity. it would save them a lot of time and hassle.

I ordered two i for one am totally disgusted with Marks and Sparks for cancelling my order which was paid for it isn't my fault they priced there chair wrong I just paid the price asked, regardless of the price it was paid for in full and accepted by m&s. I for one will be taking this further,
