why can't m amd s just give a token gesture of goodwill and make a donation to charity. it would save them a lot of time and hassle.

I ordered two chairs payment taken received email confirming my order..only to receive an email next day about 'obvious' pricing error and refund would be given......then following day suddenly order cancelled due to lack of stock and no payment taken....confused.com!!! payment was taken and at this point in time still not refunded back to my bank. disgusting customer service... I want my chairs.

I got an email saying it was an error on there behalf then a few hours later that they were out of stock so they are just trying to work there way out of it but they must have to give them if there is 2 different messages going to each person cause they are lying.

Ordered 2 chairs would like them like everyone else. Maybe the financial differences can be taken from the people at the top of m&s's ridiculous bonus!
