1. Sign this petition today. The signatures gathered can have a greater impact as One Voice when Rancho Cordova City's Director of Economic Development, Curt Haven, and/or City Council approaches Wells Fargo to remedy the matter. In correspondence with Curt on 4/11, he stated the quicker people voice their belief of the need for Wells Fargo to relocate in Rancho the better chance of the two ATMs that were in Raley's to remain in Cordova.

2. Call Wells Fargo today (800-869-3557 say Other options -> Banker). Requst that the banker enter your request in the "feed-back tool", which is essentially a "suggestion box". The more people who call in to request Wells Fargo's presence in Cordova will garner more attention to the matter by Wells Fargo decision makers.

I have essentially banked with Wells Fargo since I was in sixth grade (1979...though my original personal/business savings bank was bought out several times over until Wells Fargo's ~1987 acquisition). With Raley's closure, Cordovan's around the Mills Shopping Center have not only lost their walking distance grocer and video outlet, but their banker as well.

Now, all Cordovans are forced to either go to the Gold River Well's Fargo branch or the Sacramento branch off Bradshaw south of Hwy 50. This is such a bummer that a daily consumer activity now takes people living/working in Cordova out of Cordova.
