We the people of Siskiyou County, California, specifically Mt. Shasta, Weed, Dunsmuir and Yreka, are hereby petitioning Trader Joe's Market to open a store in the Mt. Shasta area. With a local population of 43,799 people to draw from we're sure your store would thrive. In addition, during the tourist season we play host to nearly a half million tourists and driver's and commuters on California I5 Freeway.
The only other options are a tiny locally owned supermarket and a Ray's Foods which is very expensive, as [we're] paying for remodels and new flooring.
We have a huge organic, food smart community up here and we spend a lot of time driving to Redding, Ca or Medford, Or to go to Trader Joe's!
We promise to shop at our new TJ's every week if not every day! Please Come to Mt. Shasta!

Even for a remote area like our's it will make dollars and sense with our sizeable bay area type population and the lack of reasonable general markets in the area. I would be there every day!
I manage a natural products store/cafe in Yreka. Hundreds of our customers already shop TJ's. Please come to Mount Shasta.
I support this whole heartedly. There are several great locations. Dunsnuir has a great old Auto Sales lot with ample parking that would be a great location or the old closed down grocer right on Hwy 5. Excellent locations
mt shasta would be a great place, you also would have neirboring towns that would be going to your store please think about it it would help the eldrey people that would have to drive to redding or or. You wount be disapointent for sure
I as well as my entire family travel 80+ miles to shop at a Trader Joes. There is no doubt we are in a high demand area for this store as we are a very large health foodie community.
I haf just been thinking about how nice it would be to have a Trader Joes closer ...

We come to Mt Shasta every summer and winter holidays with many family members. We are planning to move there in a year and would love to see a Trader Joe's, our favorite store in Santa Barbara. Please consider this.
