Want to buy a house in McKinleyville, CA, but have been shopping at trader joes since 1985 so I cant until you put one in Eureka! It is a GOLD MINE! ; )

I live in southern humboldt I rarely ever do major grocery shopping in garber/redway due to the double and sometimes triple pricing in the stores. I do not have pot money. The stores in the area are a rip off for normal waged people. Lucky enough it's a second home so I pack up with lots of t joes stuff from the sf Bay Area where I live. I do have no problem driving to Costco in eureka to shop and save money. It's a beautiful drive. In the sf Bay Area I only shop at 3 grocery stores t joe and Costco being 2 of them. I go to SAMs club also. We need a trader joes in eureka badly as other whole food stores in area are a rip off. We need a special grocery store that would cater to the regular joes guys and gals and that be trader joes. I have shopped there ever since they put there first store within my reach in emeryville and I had a 15 to 20 mile drive. Let's make it happen.

Hi, I know you think our area is to small for a tj, but we have such a little choice here .. Our 2 natural food stores are unreasonably expensive .. That leaves Safeway, winco and in some areas Ray's. People drive from all over to shop in Eureka.. As far as Cresent city in del Norte county .. I always have so,some going south to pick up things at tj.. I know lots of other people that do the same thing... Please consider us.. You would do a great business , I am sure

Imagine my dismay when I moved here and then discovered that there was no Trader Joe's! Someone told me that the demographics were wrong. I object strongly!

My daughter just bought a home i Mckineyville and i am looking to buy a home as well in that area. I shop trder joes every week in Alameda ca now and are dissapointed that no T J around Humbouldt.

I love Trader Joe's. I always have to wait for my daughter to come up from Sacramento, C.A. She not able to come but once a year, as she travels so much, with her job. Please bring a Trader Joe's to Eureka. A dear friend traveled to Santa Rosa a week or so ago, and brought me some PINACHIOS COOKIES!!! LOVE them, your orange chicken, differect tapades, your salted carmels! Mac & cheese, lasagne etc. I could go on & on. I'm single, and it would be sooo much easier to pick up some entrees from Trader Joes, than to eat out every night!!!
