So, we've had to deal with absolutely terrible computers and WiFi in a school that demands a fast internet access. The slow speeds and constantly blocked videos and apps are just plain infuriating. In addition, the school now generally takes phones upon entering a class. I think it's perfectly justified that we have a functioning connection in the five minutes between classes and the half hour lunch, and that all apps can be used during these times (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.) with unimpeded access.
I believe this is probably the most irritating thing ever in a school. Bad wifi, blocked apps, slow computers... I believe a student's mood could change drastically if the wifi was improved, and apps were unblocked. I understand it may distract them during school, but their grade is their responsibility, not the teacher's.
