This petition is about the unfair dress code at ASFMS school. Girls and boys face the dress code and want to change it. With your signature you will get this school one step closer to change. This petition is about how girls deserve more equal treatment, we are not trying to get more rules for the boys, just an equal treatment with both genders and others. We will do our best to be able to wear hats and hoods in the school too! Some things we want to change are being able to wear a bit shorter shorts, being able to show shoulders, wear hats and hoods while in the building and being able to wear tank tops in the summer. While showing more collar bone, and crop tops without being dress coded. Girls and women constantly get attacked for certain clothing that they wear on their bodies. In conclusion we believe that all students should have input and opinions on what we should have the right to wear during our daily lives. We understand some rules are more reasonable, this is why we just agree on certain rules and have boundaries but our school deserves some freedom!

this despicable act done by administrators is clearly done by straight up sexism. I have not seen one boy get dressed coated, only females. And the clothing objects that the person is wearing is barley even showing skin. And no young males are going to be destructed by, even though the teachers may say that it is distracting to the teaching environment. The people who are getting distracted themselves are the teachers. And this is a clear form of sexism that females have to feel and witness at a school which is for learning not for sexism.
BETTER DRESS CODE IS VERY MUCH NEEDED BOYS ALSO NEED TO LEARN SELF CONTROL AND WE SHOULD BE ALLOWD TO WEAR A HAT LIKE HUH..

As woman we should not be in trouble for wearing things that are not even a problem. Teachers and principals make it seem like all guys think we are objects, but most guys are loyal and don’t look at ur thighs nore ur shoulders. my question is how are shoulder distracting. it’s just doesn’t make sense.
