The land claim has been officially dismissed and our property rights are secure at last. I am deeply relieved that our homes and hard work are no longer under threat. We must remain vigilant to ensure this decision holds firm for years to come.

I have been going through your comments and the fear you feel about the security of your homes weighs heavily on me too. Behind the scenes we are consolidating the research from Dr. Burden to ensure our objections carry the weight of hard facts when we finally present them. Please keep sharing your own accounts because documenting the history of these properties is the only way we will protect our future.

Seeing this level of unity among our neighbors gives me hope that we can protect our homes from this claim. I truly appreciate everyone who has stepped up to defend our property rights alongside me.

These claimants are a splinter group and did not live on all 23 farms after 1913. The claimants must pay for damages caused and charged with fraud. I full support Dr. Johann Burden's research which is going to expose this as the biggest fraudulent claim to date.

I have been a resident of Mulbarton for the past 35 years and have found no evidence of any prior settlement in this area. I therefore object to any claim to any rights over the land in this area.

You have my support against such a wide ranging and vague land claim. However noting some of the comments about unjustifiable confiscation of property I am reminded of what the feelings of those may have been whose property was confiscated years ago in places like Kibler Park for example.

I moved to Kibler Park to build a home for my family. I took out a bond at great expense to myself and my family. Now someone is trying to evict us like dogs. Apologies if this was your claimed land....I bought my house with my sweat. Please do the same.

The land I own is currently being developed and should the land around be claimed it would damaged the current development and reduce jobs in this area and also reduce the property value

The land belongs to the people who purchased it and no one else. In other words. Legally the land belongs to South Africans who legally bought the land and reside on the said land and it cannot be taken away by some unlawful claim.

If renting at the moment why should one care but if like us you have sweated & paid for your land then why should it be stolen from you?

We worked very hard to buy & pay off our property so why should someone else just come & steal it from us.
