Dear Board of Directors, It is our understanding that the current management company is not renewing its tender to continue as our management. We the people and owners of 55 Nassau st, have concerns with how and what is to become of our property. We would like to know the process on how the board plans on retaining a PROFESSIONAL management Company. We would like to know what company's have been asked to put a bid in and the process on how the board plans on reaching a decision that best protects us as owners. We would like to have a general meeting where we can have a voice and be heard. Thank you in advance for your attention.
