I have been hearing from so many of you who remember the struggle of being locked out of competitions just because of the price tag. It is frustrating to see our team left behind while others get every chance to prove themselves on the circuit.

Seeing the community rally behind the debate team feels like a massive weight has been lifted off our shoulders. I spent so many nights worrying that we would be stuck on the sidelines while other schools competed, but this momentum proves we really have a shot at making it to state.

The team works so hard and they seriously deserve a fair shot at state. It is not right that they get half the tournaments of other schools.
My son loves this team. They put in so many hours of work just to get cut short because of money. Fix the budget!!

Need more support for these kids. going to 6 tournaments is nothing compared to the competition.
