Our Mission: To achieve substantial pay and appreciation for educators across the nation, paticulary in Fort Collins.

Our Vision: Students need to be able to grow and learn without worry, without concern for their teachers, without concern for their parents and without concern for the ones that provide for them not being provided for. We encourage those who are not teachers to stand with them, to unite, to create change, and to add to the storm of voices demanding what teachers deserve.
