Tried cloves when I first turned 18, was just about to order them online when I found out they are banned in the US. So much for reliving fond memories. This ban needs to be lifted, and the government needs to quit taking our rights away.

Never in the history of implimentarion has prohibition been effective in solving any issue involving personal consumption of anything, and further banning products doesn't keep people from what they want, but rather forces banned consumer products into the black market removing them from goverment scrutiny and taxation. This has been true of alcohol prohibition, the war on drugs, and tobacco.

Adults love flavored ejuice. I didnt quit smoking just to vape a nasty tobacco flavor. I was able to quit because of the different flavors!

Banning the production and use of something simply because "a child could get their hands on it" isnt even a viable argument for the ban. What about prescription dugs? Couldnt a child get ahold of those as well? No ban on that. Give people back their rights, jesus.

This ban infringes on people's rights and freedoms. I smoke medicinally and can't stand normal cigarettes. I smoke clove cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco, but with my cigarettes banned and my supply running out, I'll be smoking cigars when I'm out and about. If anyone hassles me about it, I'll just blow smoke in their face and tell them the less obnoxious alternative is banned. This will not stop young people from smoking, it will only make smoking less pleasant for smokers who currently enjoy it.
