I see the pool however, there is no amenity center. When you list amenity center usually their is a gym or rental of room at the center.

We were told there would be an amenity center and an additional pool. It was definitely one of the reasons we chose this community. I hope that they deliver what they advertise, and tell people when they sign the contract to build in this community.

This is a fact. I was drawn to this neighborhood due to the elementary school, amenities center and pools. It was angering when I discovered that was not the plan.

I would also love to see some big playgrounds and parks for older kids. Having something to do year round would be really nice.

I agree, this is needed. Would also like to see a mini dog park.
On a side note, I cant wait to see the number of complaints when HOA dues go up next year.

A small enterance building with two bathroom stalls not not qualify as an amenity center. Definitely won't be enough room in this pool/pool area for 1,000 families.

The promised amenity center was indeed one of the reasons that I moved here and so far has not materialized. Centurion American you have to do better.

Totally agree with the this. Pool way to small to support and so was looking forward to a amenity center not a sign that says amenity center and translates to pool in some Strange language

Community pool is definitely undersized. Is there anything legal about the capacity of the pool or overall area?
