I have been a proud Friar for thirty years, almost as long as I've been a professional comedian. I've had the honor to serve as the Prior, the Scribe, and as a member of the Board of Governors, always working to create a feeling of warmth and belonging for all our members. Besides participating on the Roasts, I have enjoyed doing numerous in-house shows, especially The Sunshine Committee that raises money for charities.
Walking into the Friars during the week or on holidays always gives me a sense of community and well- being as if I'm coming home. I will be accessible to all of you and be open to any suggestions that you may have.

We, the Undersigned, members in good standing of the Friars Club, hereby nominate STEWIE STONE to serve on the Club's Board of Governors, as an Entertainment Professional of the Friars Club, commencing at the Annual Meeting of Club members scheduled for October 27, 2016, or any adjourned date thereof.
This petition is being signed and submitted to the Scribe of the Club no later than August 15, 2016 pursuant to Article IV, Section 10, paragraph (d) and Article VI Section 4 of the Club's Constitution.

The feedback from fellow members has been truly heartening as I walk around the club lately. Many of you have approached me to share your thoughts on the future of our community and I am listening carefully to those ideas.

Seeing this level of support for my run alongside Carol, Arnold, and Harold is truly humbling. The Friars Club has been my home for thirty years and it means the world to see you all ready to help me shape our future.

Stewie is a staple of this place. Nobody puts in more hours for the club than him. Should be a no brainer!
Long overdue. He gets the club better than anyone.
I am delighted and thrilled to cast my vote for the man always devoted to the Friars the great comedian Stewie Stone.
He's the perfect person to take on Donald Trump and the.. oh wait, sorry.. wrong election. ;P I feel any Friar who's dedicated themselves to our club for so long deserves at least the chance to run!
Stewie Stone has been active for so many years in the club and has done a great job as chairperson of the Entertaiment committee as well as on the Board of Govenors. Let him run for the board again.

STEWIE FOR THE BOARD! He is the best guy for the job and we would be lucky to have him back on there.
