this is a petition for Jerome Carter that is wrongfully accused aof a case. He is incarcerated at the time, but really need to be at home with his family, friends, and love ones, although he has did wrong in his life, the case that was charged by him is not one of them. So for everyone that feel that he should be out with the ones that love him show as much love as you can and sign the petition that has been made in his honor to get him home with this family, friends, his kids , his wife and everyone else that know that he should be home.
