The increase in support has provided the necessary leverage to finalize a formal legal brief for the appellate court. My team is currently reviewing the evidence folders to prepare for a meeting with defense counsel.

I've seen the CCTV footage and there is no evidence of them commiting the offence they have been imprisoned for. Justice has not been served.

I don't personally know Cory, but I have followed the trial from the very beginning and can only describe it as a complete JOKE! All three of these boys deserve a proper retrial through the appeal process! Let's hope and pray they get one as justice has NOT been served until they do.
These 3 family working lads have been used as an example, & passed far too harsh a sentence. Similar incidents, & worse, in this town have never been prosecuted. Many were involved & they should all receive some penalty, but this sentence is extreme
Free all 3 men I've been there from the start what these lads got is not justice its a stitch up no CCTV of stamping or kicking no DNA found on clothing and shoes love these lads xx
Was in prison with all 3 lads, great mates with themthem. Its a disgrace that they are even in jail. I hope justice is done and is proved they didn't do it. If there's sense they will be freed on appeal

cory was not even arrested untill 2 month after the fight he is a innocent man he has been stitched up if he stays in prison so should all the other 15 that was involved. cory is only there because one witness said he was there and then she changed her mind in court, when then it looked like someone had been threatening her CORY INNOCENT MAN
