Honorable Donetta W. Ambrose : Dequilla "Rae" Zellous' trial has been postponed until September which means it will be over 2 years since his arrest. When he realized that he was wanted by the authorities he immediately contaced them and turned hisself in. It is our collective hope that Dequilla Rae Zellous will be given a bail and released on house arrest until the trial. Dequilla "Rae" Zellous has been a positive businessman, mentor, friend and family member in our community and is the father of a 6 year old son that misses him intensely. We stand united in this request and appreciate you take this request into account and rule in our favor to allow Dequilla the opportunity to come home.
