The government could double Rae's sentence by filing what is called an 851 which brings into account his past history. They also refuse to sentence him according to his "relevant conduct"
This petition is to ask the government to reconsider their decision. We need your support.
Rae made a bad choice but he is a good person. If you believe this to be true then please sign this petition.
Thank you for your support!!!!
Rae's Mother Denise Zellous
The government is hiding behind legal technicalities while they try to destroy my son's future with this 851 filing. I am sick of their silence and their refusal to look at the facts of this case. They think they can just bury Rae and hope nobody notices.

Everyone makes mistakes. Doubling his time is just unfair and excessive. Let the man come home to his family.

This whole thing is so wrong. My heart goes out to his mom she shouldn't have to go through this.

851 enhancement is just a way for them to stack the deck against people. Justice needs to be fair.
