Please sign this petition for Derrick Rayshawn Parks with hopes of receiving clemency on the conviction of Drug Conspiracy. Mr. Parks was well known in the community as a peace maker, father and friend. He has spent ten years in the Federal System for this case and has hopes of coming home to his children and becoming gainfully employeed. Everybody deserves a Second chance to regain composure and make better decision and choices of friends.

This is a family oriented man who has always taken care of his children to the best of his ability rather out in this crazy world or while incarcerated. He is currently serving time for a non violent offense and deserves a second chance to prove that he can be the man that he was put here to be.

This is one very respectful young man. He was a mentor to many single parent children. Always devoting his time to educate and motivate them to be all they can be. We definitely need him home so he can continue to inspire these young men to never give up !

A very good young man. Always pleasant and respectful. Sometimes circumstances in life put us in bad situations. I feel that 10yrs away from his children and family is enough. He's paid his debt to society!!!

Mr.Parks should be given the opportunity to live a normal life and a chance to be with his family. Mr. Parks has served his time and should be able to have a fresh start.

I don't see why Mr. Parks would not be welcomed back into the community. We all make mistakes and there are consequences... But sometimes the consequences handed down are unjust. Things need to change and this can be a blueprint!

These people don't know bam as we do. They just see him as a bad person. But we KNOW him as a great person. All of the kids growing up admired him and he made sure we kept our head on straight. Give this man his second chance and watch the positive outcome
