The state prosecutors have ignored Michael for three decades but this wave of support proves they cannot keep hiding the truth anymore. We are finally forcing these cowards to look at the facts of a broken case.

Thank you Mike my brother for all you did for me as an apprentice, your skill & knowledge helpd me become the artist I am today, I love & miss you brother
It’s time for our justice system to release prisoners who have truly shown remorse and have done their time. An 18 year old’s actions should not define the rest of his life.
Mike is a good friend of my son and his wife. I have known Mike's wife Cindy for many years, so I am quite familiar with his situation and the man he has become. He certainly seems to have far surpassed any requirements the penal corrections system may have for a "second chance."
I know Mike personally and Yah is my witness, Mike played a huge part in my never returning to prison and the prison ministry i started soon after leaving prison Sept 2009, my faith and my NEVER returning to prison. Please release Mike. Thank you for your time, Shalom & ahab Jerry Richardson
This man has served his time. I know a man personally, who received the same charge and served 20 years, and even had a few write-ups, but he is out now. 31 years on the same charge is excessive.

A Mixed up intoxicated teenager did a stupid thing 31 years ago Since he has demonstrated his rehabilitation for the last 20 years it is only a waste of taxpayers money to keep him incarcerated, when it appears he is no longer a danger to society. He has suffered enough.
