Lubbock citizens are tired of being bullied by the monopoly that is Lubbock Power & Light. This petition is to demand from the city council that Lubbock releases all meter rights inside city limits and allow other power companies to do business here as well. We are tired of not having any options and not having a voice when it comes to a company you claim "we own" as citizens. Release your hold on all the meters and allow competition in Lubbock!
