Kyle Rittenhouse was defending his city, protecting local and small businesses, when he was attacked, cornered, chased, and had a Molotov cocktail thrown at him, chased and beaten with a skateboard! YES he was a minor and was not legally allowed to possess the gun, but that does not change the facts. He is facing bogus 1st degree murder charges when in reality it should be possession of a firearm by a minor. The two men who were shot, were threatening his life, they both had firearms and deadly weapons and unfortunately he feared for his life and did THE RIGHT THING. He should have legally possessed the firearm, but that does not constitute what these people did to him, or a 1st degree murder charge!!!!
