We are trying to collect as many signatures as we can for Jay "Rudy" Ross. Rudy was sentenced to 35 years in federal prison for a, non-violent drug offense. As a first time offender, this is a very harsh sentence. He has already served 15.5 years. It's time to bring him home!

The federal justice system is throwing away Rudy's life for a non-violent offense and I am sick of sitting by while he rots in a cell. We are on the doorstep of 100 signatures so get this link to everyone you know right now to force their hands.

Rudy Ross always looked out for my mom growing up and my father..hes logically served his time. There is no reason he should still be in there. He should be free by now. His original sentence was 7 im certain, but hes done two times the amount of that.
Rudy has a strong support group of family , friends and neighbors ready to welcome him home. He has paid his dues and learned valuable lessons. He will be an asset to our community as he transitions back home.
This man deserves to be home with his children and the rest of his family. The court system over charged this man and over sentenced him. His time has been justly served. Please let this man come home to his family and friends who love him.
I’ve known Jay since we were 8 years old. He’s not violent his crimes are non-violent, yet he’s serving more time than most violent rapist. He’s been taken away from his children for far too long. They deserve to have their father home where he belongs.
Hard to understand how a first time drug offender gets more time then a murderer,child molester. Jay has a heart of gold whom lived a good life being the man of the house after his father's passing. Jay deserves a second chance at life outside those bars.

I think the man's done his time he's way overdue and he needs and deserves to come home to his family and friends. He's a son, a brother, most importantly of all he is a father and deserves to come home to his children.
